Solution WhatsApp ban problem

We use WhatsApp Web in our company for our own communication and for customer inquiries. For this, the WhatsApp run virtually in Bluestack. The WhatsApp numbers are scanned in Wavebox in their own container with their own IP. For a few weeks we have had the problem that all WhatsApp numbers are blocked after they are scanned. We need a developer or network administrator who can solve the problem that is having problem with our solution.
