Solidity Developer needed for new idea!

Solidity to develop the smart contract, knowledge on how to build an external API on a server (c++, php, others), knowledge of provable/chainlink/others to fetch values from the external API (through callbacks in smart contract) - ORACLES - and send them to the smart contract. There is a specific thing we want done that hasn't been done before so it might be hard to achieve or not achievable, we need to consult with someone. We would ideally love a co-founder of course, but I'm open to everything as if this could be done, it will be amazing
