Solana Program for Raydium Swaps

I'm looking for an experienced Anchor/Rust developer with Solana expertise to create a program. This program will act as a middleman between the user and the Raydium program. It should be able to fetch the full balance of a user's wallet and allow for executing 100% sell transactions.

Key Requirements:
- The program should support single token swaps.
- The program should be capable of fetching the complete balance of the user's wallet.
- The program should be capable of interacting with Raydium's amm program for swapping.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Anchor and Rust
- Strong experience with Solana
- Knowledge of the Raydium AMM
