Software for patented safety for a hand gun using facial, fingerprint Pin Code lockwith alarm

I am looking for a software developer with expertise in safety using facial recognition and fingerprint recognition. It must be compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems. The primary focus of the software is to provide a robust security system, with a priority on fingerprint & facial recognition. Furthermore, I would like to have a 140 db alarm feature integrated into the software. I have alarm and its processor, we can reverse engineer that can be used. Processor would compare authorized camera, facial/fingerprint images and what gun is pointed at when grip switch is pressed.
