Software to backup Email

I am looking for a software developer who can create a program to backup Outlook and Thunderbird emails on a Windows operating system. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing software for email backup and should be familiar with the Outlook and Thunderbird email.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a software program specifically for Windows operating system
- The software should be able to automatically backup Outlook and thunderbird emails
- Software should be in 2 segments the Workstation Software and a Control software which will allow licensing as well as reporting functions
- Familiarity with Outlook / Thunderbird email software is required
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in software development for Windows operating system
- Strong knowledge of the Outlook email provider and its backup process
- Experience in developing automated backup systems
