I am looking to develop a system ANPR/ALPR for opening/closing parking barriers, the project is to read the Moroccan plates and whether or not to open the barrier
necessary features:
Read most license plates but especially Moroccan plates
Vehicle color
Vehicle brand
date and time entry and exit
automatic door opening or signaled to security if licence plate not existing in database
the project requires completing certain missing pages of the design thus the development of Yolo for reading Moroccan plates
