Small C project

I have a project in C that needs to be completed in 3 days. I'm not looking for something professional. I'm strict with the budget that's why listing it as a micro project. Bid only if you are willing to do the project within the specified budget and are proficient in C. It is a very small project. I would also consider Python developers.
