Sensor SPI driver in C - using STM32 Microcontroller

I'm looking for a Freelancer to develop a software driver to control a sensor using SPI communication over an STM32 Microcontroller. For this project, expertise in embedded C is required. Unfortunately, I do not have an existing library for this driver, so one will need to be created from scratch. The driver also requires unit testing for debugging and validation. Therefore, experience in debugging and unit testing is preferred.
I have the electronics ready to go to test the driver, etc.
