Senior C# Developer who can build the virtual keyboard for kiosk app -- 4

Hello.
We are building the C# Kiosk App in Windows 10, but we need some component to enter.
We used "osk.exe" before, but it's too clunky to use for our application.
So we decided to build the customized keyboard for this application.
If you have experience in this field past, it would be great.

Please add "I can build virtual keyboard" to avoid auto bidding.
I attached the design what I want.
I have only $80 to finish this project, and If you will finish this project successfully, I can pay some bonus.
If you can't do this task with $80, Don't bid to my project.
