**What I'm looking for:**
- Pair programming sessions — working through real problems together, writing the kind of code you'd need for low-latency systems
- Low-latency C++ fundamentals — memory layout, cache behavior, lock-free programming, avoiding allocations on the hot path, branch prediction, SIMD basics, etc.
- Code review and feedback with a critical, experienced eye
- Practical knowledge transfer — profiling, benchmarking correctly, what actually matters vs. premature optimization
- System/architecture discussions — how low-latency systems are typically structured (order book implementations, market data handling, etc.)
