Seeking Partner to Launch New ERC-20 Token

ICO experience only. I'm seeking an experienced blockchain developer to create an ERC-20 token with the goal of launching a new cryptocurrency. The token will be the backbone of the startup www.infinidium.ca. Infinidium is revolutionizing datacenter/cryptomining cooling infrastructure and energy efficiency performance with the worlds first patented server cooling system which, requires no energy while producing power from waste heat.
I am looking for a partner that will be compensated by success fee of $25,000 cash and with 1% of issued coins after the completion of the ICO as a success fee and has the following capacity:
- **ERC-20 Token Creation**: Expertise in generating a secure and functional ERC-20 token, aligned with current standards but also allowing room for custom features down the line.
- **Implementation Speed**: Given the urgent nature, I need someone who can prioritize and work efficiently to meet the ASAP timeline.
- **Solidity Proficiency**: Knowledge in writing, deploying, and verifying Smart Contracts on Ethereum's network.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Experience with ICOs or token launches
- White Paper writing
- Familiarity with Ethereum blockchain programming
- Understanding of smart contracts and trending tech
- ICO Website Development
- Low budget marketing campaigns
While no additional functionalities beyond the standard ERC-20 protocol have been specified, the capacity to innovate and suggest features that could benefit the coin and its potential users is highly welcome.
