STM32F072 Programmer for TMC2209 UART Test Code

Description:
Looking for an STM32F072 programmer to develop test firmware for a custom board.
Requirements:
Control 4x TMC2209 stepper drivers via single UART (STEP/DIR not used)
Use 2nd UART (TTL) for serial monitor with commands like:
<ALLRUN>, <RUN1>, <STOP1>, <ALLSTOP>
<RPM100> to set RPM (range 10–400, default 100)
Motors should accelerate from 0 to set RPM
Fault detection must print e.g., FAULT: MOTOR1
Command format can be modified if needed
Deliverables:
Clean firmware source code (STM32CubeIDE)
HEX file + brief command guide
Experience with TMC2209 UART mode is preferred.
