SI4463 STM32 Debugging

I'm seeking an experienced developer to resolve a carrier signal issue with my SI4463 module and STM32F103 setup. Currently, I'm not getting any carrier signal at all. using
STM32CubeIDE

OS: Windows 11, v.10.0, x86_64 / win32
its using a bluepill connected to a SI4463 module that doesn't have an antenna switch ive confirmed the crystal has a 30mhz sine wave and using sdr-sharp as a reciver as well as a rf explorer with the wideband module
I've already checked wiring and connections, verified configuration settings in the code, and tested with a different set of hardware.
The issue seems to be related to software configuration.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency with STM32 microcontrollers and SI4463 modules
- Strong background in RF communication and debugging
- Experienced with STM32 CubeIDE and embedded C programming
- Ability to analyse and troubleshoot software configuration issues
