SMTP Scanner/Brute with API

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to create an SMTP scanning tool with brute force capabilities that will work with an API. The primary goal of this tool is to collect ips/domains from scanners like Shodan through api and scann them for open port on ports 25,2525,465 and 587 and gather working smtp details.It must be able to search through subdomains also.
Key Features:
- The tool should be able to perform brute force attacks on the IPs, domains, and subdomains
- The tool should upload and rotate through a list of SOCKS5 proxies
- The tool should have the capability to send a test mail automatically upon access
