Running visual studio cpp code on GPU -- 2

I have a visual studio cpp program. I want it to be run on the gpu. It's a topographic program that reconstructs a 3D objects into fine slices. The slices take lots of time for the reconstruction. We have gpu workstation but the code is not utilizing gpu. I want the program configuration for gpu so that it can reconstruct it fast. I will send you the file with data. I would like to see the reconstruction time improvements when it's settings are changed for gpu. Just to give an estimate, one slice takes about 750 sec on our computer for reconstruction and I want to see improvements in that time. When you run the program, it will take different amount of time depending on your computer processing power.
