Resolve Windows 10 IoT Install Issue

I need assistance with installing Windows 10 IoT Enterprise on a Dell Wyse 5070 Thin Client. The installation freezes during the initial setup and shows Error Code 233.

System Specifications:
- Replaced original motherboard with new part number: 075CGM (built-in eMMC memory 16 GB)
- Added 128 GB M.2 SSD

Steps I've Taken:
- Checked hardware connections
- Updated BIOS/firmware
