Rename a large numer of jpg, mov and mp4 files

I would like to get a script so I can easily rename a large number of jpg, mov and mp4 files.
All files are set in this way:
number and then text and numbers
Eg: 9878_landscapephoto_h280_jpg
Should be renamed to 9878_photo_Peter_Rosen_LapplandMedia
The first numer is from 1-30000 so based on 1 to 5 digits. After the numbers there is either text or _
I want to rename the files to 3 different extensions (text) but I need to keep the initial digits.
Can anyone do this script for me? What is your cost and delivery time?
