Remove or Simulate IE6 reliability for of install of MS PICTURE IT 10 for W10 install

I am looking for a freelancer to help me install MS PICTURE IT 10 on my Windows 10 OS computer. The primary goal of this project is to successfully install the software in a working compacity. The program needs Internet Explorer 6.0.1 install on the local hard drive in order to install it. I transferred the files from the install disk my desktop still cant be installed. I am looking for someone to either modify the files to be none dependent on having IE6 or create files that trick the install. I need no features tied to internet for my use. I work with this program everyday for many years my pc recently had to be rebooted and now I can not get IE6 anymore. I have attached a few wordpad files with screen shots in them as I have no other way to edit or send screen shots.
