Remote Sound Level Meter Control System

I'm seeking a developer to create a comprehensive remote access and control system for a sound level meter. The system should incorporate an HTML interface that allows for:

- Start/Stop Recording: The ability to control the recording process remotely.
- View Live Sound Levels: Monitoring real-time sound levels from anywhere.
- Configure Settings: Adjusting the sound level meter's settings as needed.

The HTML interface should display sound level data in both numeric and graphical formats. This includes the use of:

- Numeric Values: Showing precise sound level measurements.
- Graphical Charts: Visually representing sound levels over time.

A vital part of this project is ensuring the interface has robust access control. The system should be secured with password protection to prevent unauthorized access.

We want to develop our own system which uses a microcontroller and modem to enable remote access, and to be able to calculate various indices relevant to assessing noise (LAeq, LAFmax, LA90 etc etc). We can assist on the mathematical specifics of how this is done, but need someone to code it.

The system should be capable of being able to add multiple remote access systems, being able to control them individually, with different levels of access depending on the end user.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
