Reinforcement Learning Crypto Trading Bot

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a reinforcement learning crypto trading bot. The bot should have the following requirements:

Compatibility:
- The bot should be compatible with Phemex cryptocurrency exchange.
- The bot should have future compatibility if exchanges need to be changed

Trading Strategies:
- The bot should implement all of the following trading strategies: Mean Reversion, Trend Following, and Arbitrage and Scalping.
- The bot will be rewarded for each positive trade and its goal is to increase the funds in the account.
- I want this to be back tested thousands of times on offline before going live.

Risk Tolerance:
- The client has a medium level of risk tolerance for the trading bot.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in developing crypto trading bots.
- Proficiency in reinforcement learning algorithms and strategies.
- Knowledge of Phemex exchange and its API.
- Familiarity with Mean Reversion, Trend Following, and Arbitrage trading strategies.
