Recover for Encrypted BIP38 Private Key (BUDGET: $50000 USD) -- 3

I would need to recover the password for an encrypted BIP38 private key for a bitcoin wallet.
I do not have info about the lost password. When I created the wallet series I was very new to Bitcoin and I thought I was creating a random string to help the wallet program to create the private key encryption. Unfortunately i have no additional information regarding the password.
There is also a 3 BTC bonus paid to the programmer after I have released the funds from locked addresses. There is more than 30 BTC locked, so you can be sure I'm motivated to reward anyone who can help me to decrypt the private keys.
