Rebrand an open sourced payment software

I need help deploying an easy software known as BTC PAY. There are some customizations that I would like to integrate as well( Mainly just branding). Everything looks to be in the documentation. Specifically, I'm building a crypto POS system using open-source software for a merchant of mine that has multiple stores.
