Reactivation of printer with Chipless system

For Foundation in Human Rights. I have an Epson XP-2101 printer that uses a continuous ink system and serial firmware from a website I purchased a while ago. The printer had a problem with the head and I took it to a technical service. After this the system stopped working, I used the recovery code to activate the unlocked firmware but it comes out that it doesn't match and the support that sold me the code doesn't want to help me. I fear that the technical service has made some change to my printer. I need someone with the necessary knowledge to activate the current system or unlock the printer using a remote session or by sending the necessary code or access. Whoever gets the job will be given any other background information or access if necessary.
