I am seeking a skilled programmer to program a Raspberry Pi zero2 to check for an Ethernet connection every minute. If the device fails to detect a connection, it needs to be programmed to power cycle itself automatically. Experience with Raspberry Pi programming and network connectivity troubleshooting is necessary for this project. Responsibilities include:

- Programming the Raspberry Pi zero2 in a way that allows it to check for an Ethernet connection every minute
- Setting up an automatic response if the connection check fails, triggering the device to power cycle itself
