Raspberry Pi Pico 2 I2S to S/PDIF Program

I need a programmer proficient with the Raspberry Pi Pico SDK to develop a program for the Raspberry Pi Pico 2. The program should be able to receive an I2S signal and transmit it as S/PDIF (LVDS). The program should utilize the PIOs effectively and be capable of handling up to a maximum of 24-bit @ 192kHz.
