Raspberry Pi Pico Firmware Development

I'm seeking a developer to either write or provide pre-existing firmware for the Raspberry Pi Pico. The firmware must:

- Read output from a standard USB keyboard
- Port keycodes to UART 0
- Perform basic operations on port pins, such as:
- Flashing the onboard LED
- Sending a positive pulse on different pins

The data sent via UART 0 should be in ASCII characters.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in programming for Raspberry Pi Pico
- Experience with UART communication
- Familiarity with USB keyboard interfacing
- Ability to manage GPIO pins for basic operations
