Project Description: RTSP Server using Raspberry Pi
- I am looking for a freelancer to develop an RTSP server using a Raspberry Pi.
- 1080P 30fps and very low latency (under 200ms)
- video is being captured by an external hdmi capture device
- The main purpose of the RTSP server is to both stream and record live video.
- The RTSP server will be running on a Raspberry Pi, so experience with Raspberry Pi hardware is required.
- The streaming protocol required for the RTSP server is RTSP.
- Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Proficiency in Raspberry Pi development
- Knowledge of RTSP streaming protocols
- Experience in developing video streaming and recording applications
- Understanding of network protocols and video encoding/decoding
