I'm in need of a proficient Python programmer to develop a bank nifty option scalping tool. This tool should feature a scalping algorithm and trade execution capabilities.

Key Project Requirements:
- Creation of a scalping tool for nifty ,bank nifty,sensex options
- Incorporation of a scalping algorithm
- Implementation of trade execution functionalities
- Proficiency in Python programming language is a must
