Pseudo Code for Machine / Deep Learning

Looking for good Software geeks who can write Pseudo Codes for Machine / Deep Learning Algorithms.
Please do not apply if you do not have any experience with ML/DL.
I have multiple projects in pipeline and can work longtime.
Requirement:
- Simple Pseudo Code based on Developed Model - 15-20 lines max.. (models already developed, no coding needed)
- Understanding of Federated, Transfer & Reinforcement learning.
- Send few samples of either one of the above listed learning from your previous work.
