Provide me a (Windows 10/VS 2017) c++ environment so I can port c++ classes to Python -- 2

I am looking for an experienced professional to provide me with a Windows 10/VS 2017 C++ environment so I can build my existing C++ classes to a DLL that the Python language (ver 3.11.10) can implement. I understand C++, but I have had no success with the tools (pybind11, SWIG, etc.) that can make my C++ classes available to Python. I am therefore looking for someone who can, and will give me guidance in doing so (example code, etc). If you have experience porting between C++ and Python, I would love to hear from you and discuss further. Thank you.
