Protect .xlsm file converted to .exe

I have an Excel file with an xlsm extension, which I have manually changed to an .exe extension.
The xlsm file has an opening password of 123.
I open the .exe file, which is actually the .xlsm, from Excel and all the macros work.
I request that if someone changes the extension from .exe to .xlsm this file be corrupted or self-deleted.
The method used should not affect the operation of the file when it is opened from Excel.
Whoever has the exact method or software that does this, I'll hire them immediately.
