Programming parts

I'm looking for a programmer for a personal project! I want to program a board with parts and processors to be used for a toy with a train. The programming must open or close the barrier from the train at certain times. Certain information must be transmitted via bluetooth and stored in a file. Each passage of the train through barriers must be recorded. The project is much more complex!
