Program for giving order to print weight + barcode -- 2

I need a small program so that I give the order to print the weight from the scale, and it automatically enters the weight and prints it as well. There must be a serial number for each weight. I will attach a picture of the barcode. I want the result to be as in the picture
Important points:
- Input weight + automatic printing
- serial number for every print
- In the top corner option 21k or 18k
- Option to control the size of the paper, the main size is 4 cm and 2 cm
