C++ Program for Servo Control with Teknic Clearcore

I'm looking for a C++ programmer with experience in control systems and servo motors. The task is to develop a program that controls two servo motors to match the speed of an analog encoder input. The encoder input will dictate the speed of the servo motors, which need to be able to match speeds within the range of 0-1000 RPM.
