Advice on application development and support
I am seeking professional support and advice on full-stack development for my project. I do not have a preferred programming language and am open to suggestions. The timeline for this project is more than 4 weeks. Skills and Experience: - Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development - Experience in full-stack development - Knowledge of various programming languages such as C#, Java and Python, etc - Ability to provide guidance and advice on application development - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and provide support throughout the project duration - South Africa based freelancer will be given a preference.
Need to develop a SAAS application for performance management. The application must be able to do the following
1. Must be secured (secured login)
2. Have admin and user right
3. Allow access to different companies who will be paying to use the application and have a licence for twelve months.
4. Allow for uploading of Portfolio of Evidence (POE) in pdf or pictures etc
5. The POE uploaded must be given a unique number and saved to the system for 18 months or more
6. Calculate performance scores based on predefined criteria.
7. Report writing capabilities
8. Can accommodate 50-plus users (depending on the model used.
9. User-friendly
10. allow for periodical monitoring and evaluation.
11. Allow for summative evaluation.
12. Have a database of key performance areas and key performance indicators.
13. Can allow multiple assess
14. The rest of the functionality will be discussed with the successful bidder.
15. How progress of achievement per quarter.
16. Linked to email for reminding users to submit POEs
17. Indicate receipt.
18. Allow the supervisors to evaluate the submission periodically.
19. Allow for billing and licencing
20. Can provide support for the application for an extended period.
21. Server to be in South Africa or similar arrangements
