Printer reset counter software develop LOW LEVEL , with key or license validation, TOTAL PRICE -- 2

I want to develop a tool mainly used to manage and reset waste ink counters on Epson and Canon printers. The main functions that this software will perform are described below:

Printer Detection:

Automatically detects Epson printers connected to the system. in normal mode and firmware mode (IPL)
Displays detailed information for each printer, such as model, serial number, and current status.
Read important information from the EEPROM

Reading Residual Ink Counters:

Reads and displays the status of the printer's waste ink counters.
Provides information about the percentage of fill of the waste ink tank.

Resetting Waste Ink Counters:

It allows the residual ink counters to be reset to zero (previously validating a serial number that the customer must purchase for this purpose).
Verifies that the reset was successful and displays the new status of the counters.

Reading Printer Information:

Reads and displays additional printer information, such as installed firmware, ink cartridge status, and other relevant data.

Firmware update:

Allows you to read the version and date of the firmware.
Install a Firmware or bios (we already have the firmware or BIN files) in some specific Epson models, for this function the client must have a serial that the client must purchase for it.
Verify that the update was successful.

Printing and Head Cleaning Tests:

Send commands to perform print tests and verify print quality.
Send commands to clean the print heads and improve print quality.
Maintenance and Diagnostics:

Provides tools to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the printer.
Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve common printer problems.

C++ or any other language suitable for low-level hardware management.
