R Package Builder (also packages for Python, Java, C, C#, C++)

We have developed a middleware server, that works on insecure and secure sockets. However, one of my coworkers teaches a statistics class, which uses the R language. And they would like to leverage a free package to communicate to our middleware server to collect data for whatever they a doing using R.

I can document the API to you. Give you a working environment (online and local if you want).

Final Source must be able to compile by my coworker. (e.g. provide compile instructions and full source).
Final Package must work on all platforms R is available on (including iPad) ~ I have a Mac to recompile if needed.

Ultimately, we would like this API available in Python, Java and C#/C++ - let me know if you have these skills, it will help you get the project - as I want to deal with 1 (one) developer if changes are needed.
