MS Windows runtime. Some key items (not limited to them only) are : 1. SimLink support & other means of real I/O data exchange. 2. Support of secure vault & blockchain for data storage and data access by it to any storage mechanism. 3. C programming support extensions (come up with some example calculations and data exchange). 4. bit level indexing spanning over 64 consecutive bits in words type. 5. data exchange with MS .NET core classes. etc...
Will need full source code, a user manual in MS Word with adequate training/support after the solutions are tested and accepted. Get approval first if you intend to use any external apps here. The budget is just a placeholder so please ignore it and bid your best price & delivery. Please also specify your hourly rate for support beyond what is specified here.
