Node red / Things board Automation

we want to develop this application for a slitting/rewinding machine. there is a camera sensor(usb,ip,or similar) and it take a picture of a moving printed substrate at line speed of 60 meters per minute . the printing substrate needs to be analysed for defects. the image /frame taken by camera is then processed ( template match in opencv or AI processed locally)for finding defects.if found it is tagged as NG/NOT OK. all NG/NOT OK are saved in separate folder,date wise. a statistical analysis or graph is also required. thanks
