Node Red - Migrate Flows from One Instance to Another + Start MQTT Service -- 2

Hello,

I have a Raspberry Pi with node-red and a local MQTT server that has been inactive for a bit and the MQTT server works with another local HMI appliance for data.

I simply want to turn on the MQTT, make sure it's working with the local device's IP, and then move the project to a new Raspberry Pi that already has Node Red installed
