Ninjatrader7 to whatapp notifications system -- 2

My project requires the development of a system that will integrate Ninjatrader 7 with Whatsapp notifications. The system must be written using the C# programming language and it needs to have additional features. It must run on the Windows platform. The successful candidate for this project will need to be experienced with integration of various technologies and have an in-depth knowledge of both Ninjatrader7 and Whatsapp. The developer must also be able to work within the agreed upon budget.
