am looking for an experienced developer to create a C# script that can interact with NinjaTrader. The script should have the following functionalities:
Get Webhook Data:
The script should be able to receive data from a webhook in NinjaTrader.
Transform into Orders:
The webhook data should be transformed into buy or sell and close orders based on specified conditions

Automatic Position Sizing:
Implement an automatic position sizing mechanism based on a percentage of the available capital or risk tolerance.
Partial Closure:
Allow for partial closure of positions when specific conditions are met.
Final Closure:
Implement a mechanism for closing the entire position when predetermined criteria are satisfied.
