NinjaTrader Equilibrium Indicator Development

I am seeking a freelancer well-versed in technical analysis and with specific skills in creating custom financial market indicators using NinjaTrader. You will be required to construct an oscillator-style indicator with an audio alert that recognizes price equilibrium based on the following requirements:

- Price Equilibrium: The indicator should acknowledge price equilibrium when the close price of an up candle is identical to the open price of a down candle as well as the exact opposite condition. This definition of price equilibrium will form the core logic of the indicator.

- Price Comparison: The mechanism to identify these instances of equilibrium should be through a comparison of close price to open price, focusing on up candle close prices and down candle open prices. This comparison method should be efficient and as precise as possible, ensuring that the calculated output is accurate.

- Experience and Skills: Ideally, you should have familiarity with financial market dynamics and NinjaTrader platform. Moreover, a solid understanding of candlestick price patterns and technical analysis would be advantageous in the successful completion of the task.

- The audio alert is simple. Just an audio alert that says "Candle Alignment".
