Ninja script 8 indicator

Hi there.
I need someone to program some lines in ninjatrader 8. I have already written some code but need to someone to finish it off.
-So basically it plots 6 lines from a start date using draw.line(). So if the the start date is the week beginning 12 December. It will draw the line from 12 December to today.
-Each line with be a percentage above or below price of the start date. 1%, 2% and 3% above and below.
-There will be a single alert setup and will send an email based on when a line is breached.
-Also labels as per attached. There is an example of what it would look like.
