Need a simple exe that will mount a iso and starts sims 3 launcher

I just need a exe that mount and search fir the launcher exe of the sims game and simple start it so 2 commands one that mount iso and one that find the location of the game launcher and start it i got it working in power shell but i lack knowledge to mske it search for it my budget for this is 2 simple commands 15 usd. And need it fast as possible.
