Need a programmer to write vending machine software

Currently have a sweet Amanda's vending machine with 16 bins and 6 toy vending tubes that needs software written as it no longer functions since the company who built it is bankrupt and made it update every few weeks to operate. Program must be able to utilize low product sensors, cash and card payment systems, camera input and 22 motor selection units as well as a cup dispenser. The original unit was touch screen as well and should accept this type of user interface. This project has a 1 month deadline and If successful can lead to more similar projects in the future.
