Need mips assembly language expert to do task using Qtspim environment

I need some one who can do this job in mips assembly language using Qtspim. you have to solve this by your own and not copy paste from the sources like the internet. you have to implement recursive functions and other things as described in the attached file. please kindly see it then we can have the project done.
