Need Arduino code for enabling over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) on an ESP32

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with enabling over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) on an ESP32. I do not have an existing codebase for the ESP32, so I will need someone who can create the code from scratch.
The target device for the firmware updates is ESP32. I want to connect the ESP32 through laptop blutooth and transfer the new codes. Therefore, the freelancer should have experience working with ESP32 devices and be familiar with the programming language C++.
Key requirements for this project include:
