Need an application to modify a game.

I want a dev to make a application for a game called lost light, To access this you need to input a key that allows you to access it for a set amount of time and it locks itself to that computers HWID. mostly the main priority for the program being undetectable as well as it should allow players to see enemy players and high level loot across the map.
