Mobile camera based image scanning SDK development -- 2
Budget: $250 – $1,000 USD
Requirement:
We are developing an iOS and Android app. There we need a basic scanning and sharing feature like CamScanner (https://www.camscanner.com) app. We can develop it but are short of time and resources now.

1. You can develop it using whatever you find suitable, like C, C++, OpenCV.
2. It will be used in React native applications to develop both iOS and Android apps. So you need to deliver two SDKs (Java & Objective C ) to run on both platforms.
3. You must provide all the source code and instructions to rebuild the SDK whenever needed.
4. You are open to using any 3rd party open-source resource if needed. That should be well mentioned along with all relevant details in the instruction manual to rebuild the SDK.
5. You must check the CamScanner app and understand the UX and its smoothness. I want very similar to that experience. Your developed SDK efficiency in terms of performance should be very similar to the CamScanner app UX performance for my requested features only.
6. Considering the features, you will suggest the input and output parameters of the SDK, and we will approve them.
Payment terms:
2 Milestones.
1st Milestone: 30% of the project amount will be in the initial milestone. I will create and fund that milestone once I award and you accept the project. You will complete and provide the iOS and Android SDK (SDK only, no source code) to test. We will test and provide feedback and you will fix those, till we are satisfied.
2nd Milestone: Once satisfied with the SDK, we will create and fund the 2nd milestone remaining with the remaining 70% project amount. Then you will provide the a) final SDK, b) all source code, and c) the instruction manual to rebuild the SDK. We will check your deliverables; if any issues are found, we will report them, and you will fix those. Once we are satisfied with the deliverables, I will release BOTH milestones TOGETHER. NO MILESTONE WILL BE RELEASED EARLIER. If this payment terms is not okay with you, please do not bid.
